When you hear “Wedding Planner,” I know exactly what pops into your head—J.Lo in The Wedding Planner… or cost.
And while it is a little like the movie (minus the part where I steal your groom), a real wedding planner does so much more than you might think. My job is to help you bring your vision to life while connecting you with the right vendors to match your style, vibe, and budget.
From florists to DJs to caterers and photographers, I’ve built relationships with trusted vendors who I know will show up, communicate well, and bring the energy you’re looking for. You won’t have to spend hours researching or guessing who’s legit—I’ll guide you every step of the way. And on wedding day? I’m the go-to for vendors, so they come to me with questions—not you.I make the entire process as seamless and stress-free as possible—from the early planning stages to full coordination on your big day.
Here’s the thing:
Wedding planning should be fun. Read that again: WEDDING. PLANNING. SHOULD. BE. FUN.
Even if you and your fiancé don’t lift a single finger, you should still get to enjoy this season of your life. You deserve that.
Now, let’s talk about cost.
Everyone’s budget is different, and if a full-service wedding planner isn’t in yours, I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend at least hiring a wedding coordinator. (We’ll talk more about that in another blog post.)
Wedding planners can range anywhere from $1,500 to $10,000+, depending on your location and the level of service. The wedding industry is always evolving, and there’s someone out there for every couple—including planners just getting started who may offer more affordable rates.
If you’re curious about working with me at LR Events, check out the packages tab and fill out my contact form. I’m based in Idaho, but always down to travel for love.
